The Midwife Difference

At Morning Glory Birth & Wellness, we believe pregnancy and birth are sacred, physiologic processes designed with wisdom and purpose. We respect the uniqueness of every person, every pregnancy, and every birth, providing a safe and supportive environment where families are empowered, heard, and deeply valued.

Our mission is to support women in understanding their bodies, trusting their strength, and receiving care that is both clinically excellent and deeply honoring. From first cycle to final season, all for His glory.

Birth Center Model

Physiologic birth: allowing labor to start on its own, progress in its own timing, trusting the process and navigating the work of labor by movement, hydrotherapy if desired, and nourishing the body. Supporting normal progress with continuous labor support by a trusted provider. This is what you will find when hiring a midwife to support you at home or at Morning Glory Birth and Wellness.

Birth center and home birth are offered for low risk, normal pregnancies. We partner with families through shared decision-making, informed consent, and individualized care. At Morning Glory, you will birth, recover until ready to go home (typically 4-6 hours), and continue your recovery in the comfort of your own home.

We carefully monitor throughout the pregnancy and have a transfer plan established if needed. Our midwives are trained in Neonatal Resuscitation, Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics, and carry emergency medications and equipment to each birth. Our relationship with local transferring hospitals has always been positive and respectful.
